Turn Complexity Into a System That Works

I help growing technology organizations fix the systems behind the work: how teams plan, prioritize, deliver, and give leadership visibility into what is actually happening.

The friction

Your teams shouldn't have to fight their tools or processes.

As organizations grow, the systems that once worked often begin working against them. Priorities become difficult to compare. Jira fills with years of accumulated workflows and exceptions. Leadership asks for answers that require hours of manual reporting.

That is usually not a people problem.

It is an operating-system problem.

What I do

How I can help

The goal is not more process. It is the right amount of structure, better information, and fewer obstacles between your teams and the work that matters.

01

Program & Portfolio Operations

Create the structure needed to manage complex initiatives without burying teams in process.

  • Operating models
  • Intake and prioritization
  • Roadmaps and dependencies
  • Delivery health and risk visibility

02

Jira & Atlassian Strategy

Turn Jira from a collection of tickets into a useful operating platform.

  • Workflow and hierarchy design
  • Governance and platform strategy
  • Automation and lifecycle controls
  • Portfolio reporting and analytics

03

Product & Engineering Operations

Build scalable systems around how Product and Engineering plan, prioritize, and deliver work.

  • Product and engineering operations
  • SDLC and delivery workflows
  • Metrics and measurement strategy
  • Leadership dashboards

04

AI Adoption & Enablement

Move AI from experimentation into practical, responsible use across the organization.

  • Adoption strategy
  • Workflow and use-case identification
  • Internal AI enablement
  • Governance and rollout planning

How we work

Practical. Collaborative. Built for the real world.

I do not arrive with a generic transformation framework and try to force your organization into it. I start by understanding how your teams actually work, including the workarounds, spreadsheets, Slack conversations, Jira quirks, and unofficial processes that rarely appear in a process diagram.

01Understand how work actually moves.
02Identify what is creating friction and uncertainty.
03Design the structure, tools, and visibility to move forward.

If it only looks good on a slide, it is not finished.

The difference

I build systems, not just plans.

My background is in technical program leadership, but much of my work has looked more like product management for the organization itself. I have designed enterprise workflows, led Jira and Atlassian platform strategy, built delivery and portfolio metrics, and served as product owner for internal tools that turn operational data into usable leadership insights.

That means I understand both the strategic question and the operational details required to make the answer work in practice.

Those are solvable problems.

You might be here because...

The problem sounds familiar.

01We have all the information, but we cannot see what is happening.

02Every team does this differently.

03Jira has become impossible to manage.

04Leadership wants better forecasting, but we do not trust the data.

05We know AI could help us, but we do not know where to start.

06We have grown quickly and our processes have not grown with us.

Start with a conversation

Let's make the work easier to run.

If your organization is scaling, redesigning how work gets done, cleaning up its operational systems, or figuring out how AI fits into the way your teams work, I would be happy to talk.
